APPOINTMENT SETTER APPLICATION

Dear applicant,

We are looking for a great team player who has a learning mindset and wishes to grow within our company. To provide some background, Nova Peak Digital is a software company that helps home service businesses grow with simple marketing systems.

Right now, we need someone with experience in making inbound/outbound calls, setting appointments, and utilizing our GoHighLevel CRM. This personal should feel confident on the phone and be willing to learn and grow in their role.

We need someone who has the ambition to lead. Our vision is to transform you from an appointment setter to a closer one day and lead a team within our company.

Responsibilities:

-Calling inbound leads (warm leads) through a dialer we will provide to you

-Cold Calling using our dialing platform trying to book appointments
-Confirming appointments for the closer to help with the show rate
-Follow up with leads that did not show up or cancelled an appointment

Comprehensive training will be provided.

Minimum requirements:

Experience in appointment setting and sales
Minimally 30 Hours per week Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm Central Standard Time)
Must speak clear, fluent English
Go getter individual that is responsible
Big PLUS if you have previous experience with home service businesses

Earning Potential:

Base salary: $600-1000/mo(depending on skill/english level)
BONUS: $50-100 per new client
On target earnings: $2000-$3000/mo
